We are modern flag makers with an old soul and a new mission: sustainable flags! For generations, our flags have proudly flown the identity of companies, countries and cities. We believe in the power of the flag as an age-old symbol of independence and pride. Just as a semaphore with 2 flags could send a message at lightning speed over long distances, so our flags now make such a powerful statement. Flags and signs are a beautiful and effective low-tech communication tool in a high-tech society. In that society we were the first to make really sustainable flags: Semaphore PETflag.

Sustainable flags

Three years ago we were the first in the world to use recycled PET material as a cloth for our flags, banners and banners. In the meantime, we are no longer the only one, but thanks to the lead in this innovation, Semaphore is the preferred supplier of international sustainability organizations. Sustainability is the guiding principle in our business operations and we compensate the production of our flags with a linked donation to FEE's Global Forrest Fund.

We ARE the true flag specialists, we dare to say. Allthough Semaphore Signs is founded in 2013, we come from a much older flagfamily with traditions going back to 1936, when one of the ancestors founded the first Rotterdam flag factory. We love to use this inherited knowledge and experience for your own flags and other wind-drive signs.
